* If after putting some serious effort into locating your spouse you honestly cannot  , contact us about our "Pro Se" assistance program .Fee $500 this type of divorce involves publishing legal notice , making post filing Motion and your physical appearance in Court ( we do not appear in court wit this low fee  assistance program ) , A typical Atty will require $1500 - $2500+  to fully handle.

If you have an uncooperative spouse who refuses to sign the necessary documents we do offer a Pro Se assistance program from $500 .  Couples that have complex child custody , child support , assets , liabilities and alimony issues are best served by retaining a local competent attorney to represent your best interests . At this time we are currently NOT accepting those type of cases . Professional Mediation is a very good tool to settle these types of cases , we have used such with great success .

* With Affidavit of Low Income we offer simple uncontested divorce  Pro Se assistance from $100     ( you fill out & file documents w / instructions ) or $200 ( we type up documents , you FILE with the Court as we coach you thru the process ). If you are divorced and have post divorce issues such as failure to pay child support , violations of visitation / custody order and are unable to retain local competent counsel we offer PRO SE assistance from $150  , There are Motions of various matters that may be appropriate in a divorce that is Filed but not yet Finalized by the Court .
